Rifle – Must be 18 years of age or older

Due to some of our distributors policies and the complexity of laws that change from state to state some products may not be able to be shipped into your state, or we may require the customer to verify that the ammunition that is being purchased abides by your local laws.  Please check with us if you are being affected.

The following states maybe affected:


California – All ammo must be shipped to an FFL.  Customer MUST supply FFL’s name, address and phone number at time of purchase.  We are not responsible for any fee’s associated with the pickup of your ammo from the FFL of your choosing.  Please verify they will accept your order prior to placing the order.

Connecticut – A valid ammunition certificate and a legal photo ID that shows date of birth and photograph.


Illinois – FOID card must be on file with us.  If this has already been supplied to us with a previous order please notify us in the notes section when you place your order.


New Jersey – FPID cards must be on file with us.

New York – Must ship to an FFL dealer or registered Seller of Ammunition and this must be on file with us.

Washington D.C. – Valid Firearms Registration Certificate must be on file with us

A 5% transaction fee will be applied to ALL cancelled orders in order to cover our credit card processing fees.

Any order placed can be cancelled after payment but only if the order is cancelled before the items are processed for shipment.  Cancellations can be done by the following methods.

  1. Reply to the confirmation email instructing us to cancel your order.
  2. Email us at [email protected].  Please include your order number and your contact information.

All claims must be reported to us within 30 days of our shipment date.

All orders are insured for the appropriate value upon shipping.  In the unfortunate event that the shipper identifies your order (by tracking number) lost, damaged, and/or stolen, refunds and/or replacements will not be processed prior to the shipper confirming the claim process can be initiated.  In some instances your assistance may be REQUIRED in order for a claim to be processed.  Failure to provide requested information/documentation/photos to either Extreme Reloading and/or shipper representative may result in the refund and/or replacement not being issued.

Extreme Reloading wants to make sure that your shopping experience is an excellent one and if for some reason, a product is not to your satisfaction, we can offer solutions.

Product(s) must be in the original packaging and returned in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Items that are not eligible for return include the following:

Ammunition – Manufacture defect in its materials or workmanship will be subject to warranty by the manufacturer.
Hazmat items (Powder and Primers)
Clearance items
Custom made orders
Items requested outside of the 30-day return period.

If your product qualifies for a return you can start the process with the following contact us link or email us at [email protected]. with your order number and the items you’d like to return in your email message.  Please be aware of the following information regarding how this process will proceed:

All shipping (to and from) costs are deducted from the refund.
You will receive an email confirming we received your request that will include additional details on the process.
An itemized Return Authorization, return shipping labels, and detailed instructions will be emailed to you upon approval. Approved returns must be returned within 30 days of receiving approval.
If your return will be coming back via freight truck, we will require you to provide us a photo before your return will be authorized. This can be as simple as a cell phone photo. We just need a “before” picture in case there is any damage to the item on its way back to us.

If an order is cancelled after being fulfilled and picked up by the shipping company, you will be responsible for the rerouting fee to bring it back to Extreme Reloading.
Your return must be properly packaged in the original packaging to help reduce damage and include all original parts, manuals, pieces, packing slips, etc.
After Extreme Reloading receives and inspects the return, your refund will be issued. The processing time for the refund will depend on the payment option used for the order.
Any items returned outside of this process or 30-day period are not eligible for a refund.
Any items returned on your own are not eligible for a refund.

As of 11-1-2022 all remanufactured ammunition orders will contain a card with information pertaining to the ammunition within the bag.  The information on this card must be provided in the event you need to contact us regarding your order.


All orders are final, we cannot take ammunition back that has been in the hand of the public.  Exceptions are made for defective ammunition only.  In the event you have received a product that is defective from the manufacturer we will further advise you on how we will need to handle it.  The only exception would be if you received an incorrect item from us in your order.

Order Issues

Order Issues must be reported to us within 30 days of receipt.  Please be prepared to provide us documentation and/or pictures of your concern upon request.  Failure to provide the documents and/or pictures upon request may result in denial of your claim.

We use ground carriers such as UPS and FedEx to deliver our orders and tracking #’s are updated to your account when your order is shipped. Please note that tracking order may go to your spam folder.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on weight and location. Orders including hazardous materials, such as primers will also include a HazMat Fee, assessed by the carrier.  We ship all hazardous materials by UPS ground. Current HazMat fees can be obtained by contacting UPS or Extreme Reloading. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.
